Voss Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned business serving the heating and air conditioning needs of Southern Illinois for 40 years. We specialize in residential replacement and new construction, as well as light commercial heating and air conditioning. We also specialize in custom sheet metal fabrication and welding.

TC, the service tech arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and went right to work.  I felt he inspected the units thoroughly and reported his findings to me in an understandable manner.  He answered any questions i had and made recommendations.  This is the third time i have had the clean and check service performed and each time i have been totally satisfied.  I highly recommend Voss.

After having another provider recommend not only replacing the capacitor, but also some additional more costly repairs, we decided to contact Voss for a quote on a replacement unit. After checking the unit and replacing the capacitor, the Voss technician assured us that the other repairs recommended by the other provider were not necessary. And we didn't need to replace the unit after all. But when we eventually do, we will go back to Voss.

It cost $50.00 for materials and $50.00 for labor. Alyssa was helpful on the phone. Bob arrived on time with the appropriate filters stocked, checked the system and answered my questions about its life span.

Called Voss to see if someone would come look at my furnace - was blowing cold air. They had someone out within the house! Compressor was out. Needed at the very least and outside unit or new compressor - asked Voss pricing for both, had pricing next day. Josh talked to me for about 45 minutes explaining all my options and problems. Josh answered all my questions. After thinking for a couple days decided to get a whole new system (since mine was the old refrigerant and was 10 years old). The new system was ordered and installed within 5 days! Could not be happier!

THE WEATHER WAS WARM AND OUR TENANT WAS VERY HOT WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER QUIT. VOSS HEATING AND AIR WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE UNIT AND HAD OUR TENANT HAPPY AGAIN.
