The manager waited on me and I told him I knew nothing about tires or what type to buy. He ask a few questions about highway driving and if I drove the 35 miles to work in all sorts of weather. Then he showed me two different tires that would be good for my type of driving and had a high quality review. When I told him I didnt know which one to purchase, he said and quot;well, if you were my wife and were driving with my children in the car, I would make sure you had this tire on your carand quot;. So that was the tire I went with. They were very professional. I walked in off the street with no appt. and they worked my car in and was done in 45 min. total. I walked to the video store down the block and picked up some movies and chatted with the owner. When I returned, my car was ready. He explained the warrenty and the free rotation of tires to me and put the papers in the glove compartment. All the staff from the manager to the mechanic to the janitor were very polite and professional.
