They have a three day minimum turn-around time, and on the third day they called to say it was ready.
I was sure the PC needed a new fan, but the fan area just needed a good cleaning (pet hair!).
Their labor rate was reasonable ($48/hr) for this area, and they did not make me buy anything that wasn't needed.
