Amazingly, he showed up on time! I've not had the best experience with that lately. He fixed it on the spot which took a little less than an hour. Friendly service and he showed up the first business day after he was called.

We had a problem we couldn't fix. We found John's business phone number in the local phone directory. He made himself available within a reasonable period, came to our house at the appointed time, and fixed the problem with no trouble. We've relied on him before and would use his services again.
