+ -1 moreLet me just tell you what's wrong: he took many shortcuts; made his own decisions about where to put large items (septic, water heater, etc.); sump pump outside in wrong location with wrong sized rock used for drain tiles; now there's water in the basement; master bath tub has faucet handles in wrong location: you have to step into tub to turn water on; also, the grout is cracked all the way around it and the drywall is damaged; crawlspace was moist; improper insulation all around; several code violations; and now he doesn't answer the phone when I call
