I choose Creekside even though it was a farther drive than a clinic that was near me because I got a better professional response from them. We were greeted and taken straight to an exam room no waiting (though it was 9am). My puppy got weighed and I was given a puppy guide that included a free sample of advantage multi. The vet came in and examined her and then inserted the mircochip without any issue. My puppy had swollen lymphnoids but luckily those have gone back down finally to being unnoticeable. I was told to keep an eyr eye on her temperature, which stayed in the normal range since my puppy's visit. The veterinarian and staff seemed very knowledgeable and I look forward to seeing them again when I go to get my puppy her rabies shot. Exam was $30 & microchipping was $34 which includes lifelong registration.

We arrived for our appointment and were immediately seen by thd vet. She has a great bedside manner. Later that evening my puppy had a reaction to one of his shots. I was so thankful they had a 24hour emergency line I could call. The vet on duty told me exactly what to do and even called the next day to check on my puppy.

I was looking for a low cost but high quality veterinarian to examine, neuter, and vaccinate my young kitten Pickles. I was referred to Creekside Vet after researching all of the local options by a friend in the area. They offered me a great deal on getting him fixed, examined and vaccinated against FRCP and Rabies. They called ahead of time to remind me about the appt., gave me advice on how best to prepare him for his surgery, and did a great job with his operation. They were compassionate, capable, and helpful. He healed quickly, suffered no infections, and I appreciated that they used a less invasive technique for the surgery. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have two dogs and cat we take there and we like them. They are good with the animals and spend time during our appointments explaining things so we understand the diagnosis and the possible outcomes (in the past we've had a couple of pets with some unusual illnesses). When they reach the limits of care their facility can provide, they are willing to make referrals if you want to purse that. When we decided to take one dog to the University of Illinois (she was a very special dog to us, we were very attached to her), they were very supportive and helpful, working with the other vet to try to figure out what was wrong with our dog. They are also reasonable when recommending a course of treatment, understanding people don't always have big bucks available to spend on their animals. I think they strike a good balance of concern for the health of our animals, but can also recommend a course of treatment we can reasonably afford. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that everyone around town has discovered them now, and I can't get an appointment as quick as I used to!

I've been using them for 6 years. They are good and inexpensive. They don't do unnecessary things. The dog likes them.
