I called Chuck back because I was having an issue with the front step again which they fixed with the sidewalk about a month later.  Told him the issue and he said he would come out to look at it and call me back.  Never called me, I called him a week later, said he was thinking about the best way to fix it, will call me back.  Never did.  I called him a tolal of 3 times leaving messages the last two.  Never called me back ever.  Just took my money from the first time.  Still to this day I have never heard from him.

Originally, it went fine. The walkway looked good. About 3 months later, several of the pavers became loose and fell off the porch, I called them several times (about 3x) to get it fixed and they said, each time "oh yes, we will be right out" and they never came. Also, the VP, "Mike" I was dealing with said he would drop off sand for me to fill in between the pavers (as the fill from the original job had already washed away and the pavers had spread), he never showed. Now (8 months later), I have noticed that about 90% of the pavers are loose and move when I walk on them - this is NOT when they are wet. I would not recommend anyone use these guys because their follow through is terrible and they are extremely unprofessional.

This project went in fast. It took 2 weeks and 8 people and it was done. They were clean and efficient and proved to be perfectionists. There were no snafus in the project which made it a breeze for me. I have used them for 7 years to maintain my lawn and I am glad I tried them for this project.
