We worked with Dean at TMC on this insurance claim. He assured me that he would work with the insurance company and get the work done quickly. He was very unresponsive, we had to nag him constantly to get any update on the status of our project. He couldn't get anything done with the insurance company, causing us to be the go-between. We finally got the roof replaced, but he drug his feet for 4 more months on the windows and house staining. I ended the contract over 4.5 months after the hail damage occurred and hired a new contractor for the remainder of the project. In their window quote, TMC had measured several of the windows incorrectly and had not included tempered glass for windows where it was required by the building code. Upon hiring a contractor who knew their business, I had windows on order within a week. I would recommend strongly against Total Midwest Construction and will never consider using them again.
