Scott is the best. I called in the morning in a panic and he came that afternoon, He helped me reset my password and working with ATT which is often not without some pain. He tweaked my computer for better performance and put me into a better picture controller. I cannot say enough because although I can use software, I am absolutely not good with tech stuff and I am in awe of those who can work miracles. Scott is such a person!!

My laptop stopped recognizing my password. It was completely useless. He was able to see me on the day I contacted him, which was important to me since I bank through my laptop and needed to pay bills. I went to his place of business but forgot to bring my power supply. The laptop was fully charged, so he worked quickly to get things fixed. He fixed the problem, got rid of some malware, and cleaned up some other stuff to speed it up. He got me going again the same day.

I was pleased with the timeliness and completeness of Scott's work. He documented the estimate and executed what was documented, no surprises. After taking the computer back with him on Saturday, he had it ready to be picked up on Sunday morning.

I instantly liked Scott for his initiative and professionalism. I don't think he knew what he was getting into when he walked through my door. However, he took over and did his magic. My HP Touch Screen computer now runs faster and more efficiently. He also worked on my iPhone and iPad2. Now all of my electronics are synced and communicating with other. Even if nothing goes wrong with my computer, I'm going to have Scott tune it up every six months. He also added a couple of programs that will help me keep my computer running smoothly. I love my computer again and Scott is my hero.

I have used The Pro Geeks before and Scott is fantastic. He knows about all computers. He felt he could get me back to my files without back up and without doing a full restore. He did just that and that is something the manufacturer could not do for me after many hours on the phone. I finally decided to call Scott before I let HP go farther with my problem. It was the smart thing to do. I called him this AM hardly thinking he could come today. We set an appt. for Saturday but he called later and said he had time. This was huge because I was out of my mind with worry. Scott fixed me and did a complete back up of all my files. I am thrilled!! Also, I always learn something from Scott in the process. Thank you again, Scott!!

I had used his firm once before and was satisfied. Scott worked very quickly and efficiently. He quickly ascertained that the problem was a fried keyboard not my mouse. He had a keyboard with him and quickly fixed the problem. Then he performed all kinds of quick fixes to enhance the speed. He put some convenitent shortcuts on the screen and gave me some software for cleaning the computer. It has never worked faster or better. I would recommend Scott to anyone
