From appointment to showroom visit to install it was all smooth, easy sailing. You can tell Doug has been at this a while. He uses the best sub contractors and stands behind his work. He removed glued down carpet and replaced it with vinyl flooring. He re carpeted the stairs and installed 1/4 round moulding.

Did a great job.  Showed a variety of carpets and made excellent suggestions based on our needs.  Installed as promised, reasonable priced and on time.  In addition, a few years later, we needed a repair due to a spill and they did the work.

It went great! Doug and his staff were very patient during my selection process. They gave many suggestions and showed me a variety of carpet and tile. I was very pleased with the workmanship. They left my house with no mess. I was able to save some money by doing the carpet removal and furniture moving myself. Doug tried to give me ideas to save money but not cut on quality.
The work was set up to my convenience and the installers came at the time scheduled. Great job.

The quality of the work was good. They were on time. I would use them in the future.

I stopped by to get an estimate to relay padding and carpet that I had to pull up because I had water in the basement. They were very nice and professional about giving me an estimate and they carry felt padding for below grade installations. Furthermore they do understand that you need felt pad for below grade installations. If you use felt padding and you have water the restoration company has very powerful equipment that can remove the water through the felt padding without having to tear up all your carpet. Don't listen to the big box home improvement stores who will install foam padding that won't dry out if you have a water issue. They don't even know what felt padding is!

I found a better price but I would consider these folks for other work.

Overall it was a great experience. Shopping in there store, the reps were there to answer questions but weren't pushy and let us take our time. Doug came out to measure the house and was very friendly. When the quote came back, we spoke with Doug and worked out some concessions to lower the price into an affordable range for us (we removed the old carpet and pad ourselves and staged it to be hauled away). Installers were friendly and effective. Often with carpet installation, baseboards are scuffed or damaged, but that was not the case here. They did a great job!
