I just wanted an estimate to build a new garage. For the first appointment we made, after I stayed home all morning waiting, they didn't show up and didn't call, completely disrespecting my time. I left a message that day and followed up the next business day, when I was told that Tony had to be out of town unexpectedly. Fine, but someone should have called. I rescheduled, then chose to reschedule again at a time more convenient to me. To date, I haven't received a return call so I'm writing them off. If they're this unresponsive when they're trying to win my business, I can't imagine how bad they'll be when they actually have my money!
