Not good. The nail pops, popped out right away and the paint that was used on the ceiling in the shower is peeling! The mistake I made was paying them in cash on the day they were to finish. (A little shady if you ask me.). We never agreed to pay cash! I thought I'd write a check at the end. However, he caught me off guard and asked me to go to the bank (right then) to get cash, while he and another worker were finishing up. At that time, I didn't know it was an option to pay for 1/2 of the job and then hold off on paying the rest until I was completely satisfied. To follow up, I texted, called and emailed him to come back out to finish the items he was supposed to complete in the first place, but no response. We even sent a certified letter to the Better Business Bureau, hoping that he would come back out to finish the work we paid him in CASH to do, but he never replied to the BBB either!! I believe he changes his company's name - RV Landscaping... RV Painting... RV Decorating.... in order to avoid any negative reviews. Be wary!

They were very prompt in their quote and were ready to do the work when they wanted to have it done. They did an excellent job when they were here. Their price was good and they also did some extra work for us and did not charge for it. I have recommended them to several people.

Owner, Raul, knows his businessf. He received an excellent reference from a member of our Townhome board who is also a real estate agent. He's professional and knowledgeable about what it takes to do a particular job and how much it will cost. His painter employees are clean, professional and focused on doing a quality rather than "rushed" job. I'd use them again. I've paid a lot and a little for paint jobs in the past and have gotten mixed results. RV provides good work at reasonable prices. My only suggestions: 1) Raul needs to be more timely with his communications. I recognize this is a small business and that he is stretched but a follow-up call to see how the job went (after his painters finished) would have been appropriate; 2) We prefered Benjamin Moore paint and in particular, the new Aura line of paint for our bathrooms. Raul suggested using his line of Sherman Williams paint - I'm guessing - because it costs him less or his claim of its lower VOC content (but BM has similar low VOC paints). We trusted his suggestion but my wife was a little disappointed as we've come to trust Benjamin Moore. My advice to Raul is to let the customer make the paint determination - even if it costs more - unless in his professional opinion it is not worth the extra cost or doesn't perform any better. In our case, we trusted his advice and went with Sherwin Williams. Neither of these constructive criticisms would stop us from using RV again.

Raul came to provide an estimate. He was prompt and removed his shoes before entering the house. I called Raul back a few weeks later and he was able to send a crew to paint the house within a few days. Raul and his two-man crew arrived promptly with all necessary supplies. The work was excellent. The painters vacumed the room when painting was complete. They left the room clean. Raul came to review the work. I was very happy with the work and will have this provider paint in the future.

Exceptional work for the quoted price. Day 1:prepped and sealed off areas from dust traveling into other areas of the house.Day 2: finished scrapping walls and skim coated 1st floor. Day 3: skim coated 2nd floor and sanded 1st floor. Day 3: sanded 2nd floor areas and primed 1st floor areas. Day 4: primed 2nd floor areas and painted 1st floor areas along with 2nd floor areas. Day 5: finish 2nd floor areas painting and touch up any concerns along with final clean up. Keep in mind that at the end of each day that drop clothes were picked up and shaken outside and reset for the next service day. This was my request after the first day of service and they complied with no complaints or charges. Overall-great job.

RV Decorating did a very good job. They are very respectful, they would take their shoes off when entering my house and they did a lot of little things like that which just stuck out in my mind. They had a good price and they did a high quality job as well. They cleaned up very neatly when they were done and they were very professional.

I would give him the highest rating. He is phenomenal. He shows up on time and does what he says he is going to do. He is clean and follows up well. It is a fair price for an excellent job and if it isn't right he will redo it.

They were excellent people. They knew what they were doing at all times. They cleaned up after themselves. The price they gave me was very reasonable. I will be using them again in the near future.

Raul came to give an estimate within an hour of being called. After talking to him about the needed work, I was impressed enough to decide to forego the three estimates I usually get for any job. We set a time for the work, and he came as promised, on time, and set up partner Jose to carry out the job - moving aside heavy furniture, setting up proper ladders and drop cloths, etc. Jose did a great job, plastering with skill, sanding and repainting perfectly, leaving everything looking better than before.(And I am a very picky woman!) This is a very professional team, people of skill and integrity that I was comfortable to have in my home. I will definitely call them again first whenever I have any painting to be done in the future. Highly recommended.

PROMPT IN COMING OUT AND PROVIDING THE QUOTE. VERY WILLING TO WORK AROUND OTHER FLOOR TILE WORK GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME. ALSO, HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WORK GETS DONE IN 3 DAYS, BEFORE THE MOVERS START BRINGING IN HOUSEHOLD GOODS (THIS WORK WAS PERFORMED PRIOR TO MOVING IN TO THE HOUSE). CREW WAS HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND METICULOUS IN THEIR WORK. EXCELLENT PAINT JOB!! DONE ON TIME AND LOOKS GREAT. RAUL WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON I'LL CALL WHEN I AM READY TO GET THE SECOND FLOOR PAINTED. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE DO PAINT JOBS BEFORE, BUT NONE AS SKILLED AS RAUL AND HIS CREW. I WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITHOUT HESITATION.
