I like to be here when they come, so they always call me and let me know what day will be a good day so I could be here so that I know what’s going on.  They are very helpful, friendly, prompt, and the scheduling is outstanding.

After experiencing unprofessionalism with our last septic service provider, we were looking for a quality company to use. We checked Angie's List for a company in our area and saw that Ron's Tidy Tank Septic Service was highly rated. We called to make an appointment to pump the tank and explained that the top of the tank was not level with our driveway which surrounds the lid and made driving around it difficult. They said, "No problem" and set the appointment for yesterday. The expected arrival window was for between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m. The office called approximately 1:15 to let me know they were on their way. Two trucks and 4 men arrived shortly. As we have an extremely steep and narrow driveway, it is usually difficult for large trucks to drive under the telephone and cable TV wires without snagging them. No problem for these guys! They backed right up! Done within 20 minutes. These men were some of the nicest, most courteous and professional you could ask for. I've spent 37 years working in customer service and I have to say it was a pleasure to find a company who still values good old customer service.

Valerie had them out the same day! They arrived on time, and finished the job in less than an hour.
