Family owned. Everyday is customer appreciation day. Sales, Parts and Service of small engine, outdoor power equipment and bicycles. Stop in and chat directly with the owner. Together we will visually inspect the equipment and determine if item is worth repairing. To help with your repair or replace decision, we will quote costs prior to performing any work. Satisfaction is always guaranteed. While you wait helpful service can be performed on some minor or urgent needs otherwise, we work on a first in first out schedule.

Not this time. When I brought my mower into Ray's shop, Ray (the owner) greeted me as if I were an old friend. He looked at my mower and told me exactly what he would do, when I could expect to get it back and how much it would cost. After getting a call notifying me that my mower was ready for pick-up, I went back to the shop. Ray again greeted me like an old friend, showed me what he had done, started the mower up and charged me exactly what he had told me it would cost.
Overall reaction:
- I feel like Ray did a better job than other suppliers I have used.
- He delivered the work when he said he would.
- He charged less than some of the other supplies I've used.
- He gets an A+ for how he interfaced with me.
