Dan inspected everything and informed me that our prior person had installed the float incorrectly and a couple other things as well.  He fixed it and gave a good timeframe of how long everything should last.
He was very informative and professional.

Dan was able to come out the same day that my sump pump failed. He quickly assessed and remedied problem with outflow of back up pump and replaced main pump. Super efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. 

Dan first visited our house after the 7 inch rainstorm during the summer of 2011.  We hired him to replace the primary sump pump and fix issues related to the backup battery.  He did a great job and re-organized the wires, pipes and location of the pumps in the pit.  The pumps and check valves he used were good quality brands and very quiet.
8 months later, the primary pump failed for undetermined reasons (it made a sound like it was running but it didn't actually pump anything).  I called Dan to come take a look and he let me know that he warranted all of his work so there would be no charge for the service.  He spent an hour here this morning and replaced the primary pump.  He was very polite and professional.  I would highly recommend him to everyone and I really appreciate his work.

Dan was great. Really knows his business. I'm fairly knowledgeable of these systems and Dan had all the answers I was after. He was on time, polite and can effectively talk to the homeowner about what he's doing which is no mean trick in the plumbing world. He worked quickly and was concerned about cleanliness. His negotiation was via email, and the contract was agreed on before he started work. With my old system, you could hear the sump a little throughout the house and when it shut off there was a big bang that reverberated through the house. Dan put in a spring-loaded check valve with the installation and the new system is completely quiet. No pump noise. No bang. I only know that it runs because the PVC runs along the inside wall of my garage and I can hear the water trickle through if I'm in the garage at the right time. Sorry to go on, but it's thrilling to find great service and get what I paid for.

Due to the terrible storm we had in August, we needed a new water pump and battery backup installed. They were not punctual, however they were very service oriented. They apologized for being late. Their work quality was good and I would hire them again.

It was a painless process. These guys are not only honest, but they are very reasonably priced, do great work and use the best products available. I have been ripped off a couple of times by sump pump installers (plumbers)charging me double or more than what PMB charges.

DAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON TIME, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, AND SPENT TIME EXPLAINING THE NEW SYSTEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A MESSY JOB, BUT THEY KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN. THEY WERE SMART, FRIENDLY, THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. I HAVE ADDED THEM TO MY ADDRESS BOOK. THIS WAS A FLAT PRICE, NOT HOURLY, SO THIS INCLUDED LABOR.

WHEN SUMP PUMP CEASED WORKING, CAME OUT MORNING AFTER MAJOR STORM AND REPLACED THE PUMP - QUICKLY AND COURTEOUSLY. REQUESTED THEM TO INSTALL BACK UP PUMP, WHICH THEY DID 48 HOURS LATER. WONDERFULLY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

TO MY SURPRISE, THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE ON A SUNDAY. DAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND AFTER WE TOLD HIM THE SUMP PUMP WAS BROKEN, (NOT AN EMERGENCY SINCE WE HAD A BACKUP PUMP), HE CAME OUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON MONDAY. VERY PROMPT, NICE AND FRIENDLY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
