The prices are good. It cost us $70 for the service call. They are thorough. They provide excellent service.

I would not recommend their service. It was very hard to get them to come out because they kept saying that he has a job. Finally, when he came out, he worked for a day and skipped two days because he had other things to do. His workers that he sent were totally unprofessional and I believe they were using the wrong tools for the work they were doing. I thought he would be the one who can calculate by seeing the house and the size of the rooms, what needs to go in there. But, when he finished the job, I had two rooms that had very little heat in them and I still have that problem. He told me that it is due to the distance between the furnace and the rooms. I believe it was his job to tell me what was needed to be done to get the whole house heated and not part of the house. I was not at all satisfied with him. However, he was the most reasonable in terms of price.
