Nancy and her team are very knowledgible and professional in the field of radon detection. They responded quickly to our need for an initial test and then again for re-testing after modifications to the remediation had to be made to re-retest including some after hours work to have the reprot available for a Monday morning closing.

It was fine. It was good. They could have done the follow-up service. They just did the initial test. They didn't incorporate the follow-up after contractor work.

Although we performed the initial radon measurement for your home, we do not contract with mitigation company's to do a follow up test of the property, unless specifically requested through the mitigation company with authority from the homeowner. Nancy was very informative about the radon testing process and about the need for monitoring this element. She arrived promptly for each appointment (setting up and picking up the equipment), and I promptly received a detailed report about levels found in my home over the two days of testing. She is friendly and quick to answer any questions asked of her.

Nancy was great. It was easy to set-up the appointment, and she was able to work with our schedule. Everything went really smooth and she was incredibly nice. I'd use her again and recommend her to anyone.

I've actually used Northeast IL Radon Testing 3 times now and Nancy has been great each and every time. For the first two times, it was for a property that we were under contract on, so she went ahead and coordinated with my realtor to get the test set up and running. I didn't have to do a thing. For this last time, I had her do a re-test of a property I just bought and that had initially failed a radon test for which I had just installed a radon mitigation system. I wasn't living at the home yet so she was able to schedule a time to run the test on short notice and she was able to meet me on a Friday morning and then pick up the test on a Monday morning. both times she was prompt.
she also shared some knowledge with me regarding the radon mitigation system and the test itself, so it was nice to know what was going on with the entire process. the same day the test was completed, she sent me the results to my email in a PDF format. very easy to read and understand. I'd highly recommend NEIL Radon Testing to anyone that is buying a home.

Mrs Nancy Cooper is a friendly,responsible and pleasant to communicate. The seller initially did not cooperate with the test. However, Nancy patiently explained the purpose and procedures to the seller. I am so thankful for her help and truly appreciate her professionalism.
