They've been great, I've been taking my cat and dog there, they're responsive, and it's easy to get an appointment. The price is high but I think all pet care is priced too high, I don't think they're any higher than any other ones, they're comparable but it's all high. I rarely have to wait, I get right in, the people who work with the animals are great, you can tell that they really do like animals, they're gentle, they're kind, they know what they are talking about.

Our cat, after several years of living in our house with another cat, became aggressive to the other cat. This was so bad that we had to keep them separated all the time. We took the aggressive cat to Mundelein Animal Hospital several times, and they were not able to give us anything that would end this, except to give the cat Prozac. I won't give the people in my house any such drug, nor would I to the cat.Nor did we get any ideas of what would cause this behavior. I did my own internet search, and figured out that it was likely because they were indoor cats. We ended up giving the aggressive cat to a shelter, but it still breaks my heart that we had to do that, and that the vets here had no solution at all.

The experience with them was wonderful! They are pricy, but they were able to solve some problems. We were taking our dog to another hospital. Nothing they tried in approximately 4 years ever worked for our dog. In one visit to Mundelein Animal Hospital, they gave a solution for her eyes and cured her skin acne. Their facilities were awesome. The staff treats your dog like it's a member of your family, and the vets love the animals that come in there.

We love the care our animals get from Mundelein Animal Hospital, especially from Dr. Tim Sullivan. Our dogs feel comfortable with everyone there, and the vets and techs are very thorough and caring.

Our beloved dog was diagnosed by the vets at Mundelein with osteosarcoma of the leg. They presented the choices to us in a balanced manner, and involved us in the decision making. Ultimately, we decided, because she was elderly, to keep her comfortable, and make the most of the time she had left. From my reading on the condition, dogs frequently don't last more than 3-6 months. Ours made it to 8 months, but she began showing signs that she was in pretty severe pain. We decided, with the caring, supportive input of the veterinarian, to have her put to sleep. We will never forget how everyone at the practice was so gentle and caring with her at the last visit. They made a very painful time a little more bearable.

It has been a while since I used them because I have moved from the area. I never had any problems with them. I would usually spend around $200. I would have continued to use them if I had not moved.

Dr. Tim Sullivan stays current with the latest veterinary research, procedures and therapies. He is honest, compassionate and cares about his patients. He doesn't recommend unnecessary lab tests and diagnostic procedures. He has taken care of our cats for over 15 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting the best possible care for their pets. The staff at Mundelein Animal Hospital is extremely professional.

They have brand new facilities, which are absolutely gorgeous. I like the doctors and the people that work there. They are caring and just wonderful. The price is good, and I would recommend them to others.

Mundelein is great with the animals. They are nice and exceptionally clean. I get in the same day I call for an appointment and the longest I have ever waited to get into a room is 3 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer all of my questions without feeling rushed.
