Called twice, left my phone number and their voice answering system indicated I would be called back. I have waited for almost two weeks and have not received any return calls.
Description of Work: Called to request an estimate for doing some mold remediation.

I really needed to have the testing done because my house is for sale and I spent a lot of money having the basement and attic cleaned and treated for mold. Bill came when he said he would, spend a lot of time going over all the work that was done, took lab specimens, measured the moisture levels in the attic and basement, measured wood beams and wood trim for moisture content. He called 2 days later with the lab results, which all tested negative for mold. I will get the written reports for my records within the next day or 2. Bill is a Certified Mold Inspector.
Description of Work: Bill came to my house after I had a mold remediation company finish their work so that I could have lab results showing that all treated areas had been re-mediated. He took 2 samples from the basement and one from the attic. He sent the samples to a lab and called today to say that all the test samples were negative. He will mail me the results for my records.
