Concrete Repair
This is a warranty issue. The front portion of the cement floor that extends just under the garage door slopes on an angle down into our garage and collects water. We contacted both (Mark Pflug) MJP Concrete and the lawyer of the contractor(Daniel Goles) Custom Garages and More Inc. back on October 28, 2016 when this was still under warranty to no avail. No one ever came out to even look at this. Water pools on both side of the door every time it rains or snow melts it is causing wood rot and the rail to start rusting from the garage door. This is an expensive fix. Please see photos attached.
