We went in 2 weeks before and talked to Chris. He walked us thru all the options for the bar and timeline for installation. Went back to actually order, Chris remembered us on sight, pulled up our quote, verified all the options. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The job was done fine, but then the error message showed up again. I won't use them again.

After sensor harness replacement didn't solve our problem we ordered a new circuit board based on the tech's recommendation. One would have thought they would install and configure the board in the same trip, but instead they came out again to configure the board and charged us $40 for the trip and service call. A few weeks later the motor started humming and we waited a week for them to get back to us, but when we didn't hear back we called them and were told the board that we just paid $500 for was bad and we needed a new one and we now needed a new pump. Told service tech we wanted to speak with the manager before being charged for trip which was $115 but he charged us anyway and didn't call. We were assured this would all be taken care of and we would work things out. However, we ended up having to get ANOTHER $500 circuit board and although the manufacturer, CalSpa, was going to pay half Leisure World wasn't willing to help out because they felt they had done nothing wrong despite installing a bad board.

THEY WERE HIRED TO CLOSE OUR POOL FOR WINTER AND FIX A LEAK IN OUR SPA. THEY CLOSED THE POOL AFTER 3 VISITS BUT DID NOT ENTIRELY FINISH THE JOB. THEY LEFT EXPOSED HOSES ATTACHED TO THE HEATER AND THE POOL. I HAD TO SPEND ALMOST AN HOUR FINISHING THE JOB MYSELF. AFTER VIEWING OUR SPA LEAK THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT BUT NEEDED TO ORDER IN PARTS. THEN AFTER NO FOLLOW UP FOR 1 WEEK I CALLED TO SEE WHERE THE PARTS WERE. THEY SAID THAT MY WIFE CANCELED SERVICE WHEN THEY CLOSED THE POOL (NOT TRUE). I ASKED FOR THEM TO STILL FIX THE LEAK. AFTER NO FOLLOW UP FOR ANOTHER WEEK I CALLED AGAIN, THEY THOUGHT IT HAD BEEN FIXED. I SAID NO BUT PLEASE FIX IT SOON. THEY FAILED TO SHOW 2 DAYS IN A ROW BUT WHEN THEY DID FINALLY SHOW THE PERSON DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE LEAK WAS OR WHAT PARTS NEEDED TO BE ORDERED. HE ASKED TO TAKE PICTURES SO THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING AT. I SAID NO, I WOULD RATHER USE SOMEONE ELSE OR NOT HAVE A HOT TUB THIS WINTER.
