+ -1 moreFinally got a hold of them and they are finally sending out a replacement. Still very slow in response. But willing to replace the arrangement. Which is good
Description of Work: The telephone # that is provided on the card is a Florist ( Designs By Carol) my daughters boyfriend sent flowers to our home on 2 separate occasions. The recent floral arrangement was sent 2/13/11 for Valentines Day. The arrangement arrived and was beautiful. By Monday afternoon the flowers were looking less wonderful by Tuesday they all started to die! My daughter and myself have called numerous times and left messages, no return call absolutely NO response. That is why I am submitting this review.
