Outstanding. On time, professional and the carpets look new. I have a big Lab who loves the outdoors and brings it in daily plus two cats. All the stains are gone, the carpet looks new and the price was great. Jerry will be back in the future to maintain. He has top grade equipment and when he was done there was no mess. Both he and his wife Molly who make the appointment were a joy to deal with. He will be back soon to do my tile/grout and hardwood. If you are looking for quality and value call Molly or Jerry. I wish I would of taken before and after photos of my couches! They look brand new and with a 3 year old at home, I thought that would be impossible. They are seafoam green in color so they stain very easily and he got it all out -pens, markers, food, dirt.....



My carpet is apx 7 yrs old and shaggy. So it was matted down and worn out - not any more!

Great customer service. I submitted a quote request on the website early
on New Year's Eve. I had a response within hours asking if I needed
emergency service. Since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an
appointment for after the holiday season.
We had just moved into a house where the previous owners had cats and dogs. Since we have family
members extremely allergic to cats, we thought we'd at least try to have the carpets cleaned before deciding if they needed to be replaced.
Jerry was very professional. He showed up exactly on time. He took time to explain the different types of carpets in the house, the cleaning process, as well as the different types of carpet stains.
It took less than 90 minutes to finish, and the pet smell was completely gone. Jerry also gave us a few tips for emergency do-it-yourself tips for taking care of certain types of stains.

Jerry is just simply the best!! If you need your carpets cleaned he is definitely the one to call! He is even great with pets. What I really like is that even though the first time he came out was about 2 years ago he still treated me this time around as if he had just been there the day before.

I'd never used carpet cleaning before, but I just decided to do it and it was surprisingly easy. It was less invasive than I thought it was going to be.
