Lori at Cabinet Creations Plus is AMAZING! She worked with us and our contractor to make sure we had every option available to us, then helped us navigate the daunting task of designing and planning the functionality of our new kitchen. Lori kept both quality and our budget in mind, and helped us to maximize our money so that we got everything we needed and wanted! She visited our home to see the space, then got to work with the most beautiful design! Her color renderings made the project come to life before we purchase even one item. The entire experience was A+ all the way! Highly recommend!

We worked with JB, Lori, and Tony to update our circa-1989 kitchen. JB was the lead designer for the cabinets and layout, and he was patient and really listened to what we were looking for in the remodel, and gave excellent advice all through the process. The crew at CCP also honored our budget, with no push for upgrades or add-ons that would have gone beyond our numbers, and they created an amazing design that stayed within our limits. We chose the Omega line, and the order arrived on time, complete, and in perfect condition. The new kitchen practically transformed the entire house -- it's not a 1989 builder-grade kitchen anymore. We would definitely recommend CCP to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this organization as they false advertise their products and then do not make good when there are issues. The below was part of an email that I had sent to the owner, Tony, who said there was nothing he was willing to do to make good. Just poor customer service and follow through. As a small business owner in a very competitive space, I thought I would share some open and honest feedback with you to be helpful. My wife and I came to your store where we met Bob and he took us through your product offerings. In fact, we had the opportunity to meet you that visit and I was pleased at what a professional organization you have built. We went through the process of picking out the cabinets, colors, types of inserts and layout with Bob and we were provided with a time frame on how long the cabinets would take once we signed the agreement. Per Bob's direction, we were told that anything standard from J&K Cabinetry would take approximately 2 weeks. We were told that anything custom from Countryside would take approximately 4 weeks (double the time frame). We used two different types of cabinets (standard white cabinets from J&K and custom color cabinets and hood from Countryside). The sequence of events were then as follows: 3/19 - We signed the agreement/contract on March 19, 2018 and will be happy to forward the documentation on that if needed. 5/14 - On May 14, 2018 we were sent an email that said they would give us a 48 hour update on May 21, 2018 5/21 - We were told on May 21, 2018 that the cabinets would be delivered on May 24, 2018. 5/24 - No cabinets were delivered 5/25 - Cabinets were delivered (with many damaged pieces as well as broken glass pieces) 5/30 - Cabinets were installed by carpenter 7/20 - Vent hood over range top still not installed due to no insert/blower So, to recap, we were told 2 weeks for the J&K cabinets and 4 weeks for the Countryside cabinets/hood and the process ended up taking approximately 10 weeks (not to mention that the hood is still not installed due to the vent/blower issue). I work in sales and run a rather large sales team for a major media organization, so, I am the first one to understand and agree that "**** happens" and sometimes things are late. In fairness, it is one thing to be a week or two late but to be more than 4-6 weeks late (double the projected time frame) is another and just not acceptable. I believe we were sold a product with an unrealistic time frame in order to secure the business. As I said earlier in the email, it is a very competitive space so we looked at a number of vendors before making this decision. Then we have the issue of our hood/vent where I have a contractor, cabinet representative and an appliance person all pointing fingers at each other and I am left with no functioning hood/vent approaching almost 20 weeks now. Everyone wants to lay blame but no one is providing acceptable solutions to get this rectified in a timely manner. So, as I think you might agree, it is frustrating as the consumer who has spent well over $15K on this kitchen. So, as I noted earlier, I am in sales and understand that issues can happen during the course of a project. In my profession, clients ask me for a make good when things go wrong as what they agreed to was not fulfilled. I certainly do my best to mitigate those make goods but reputations are at stake and in competitive environments, reputation is everything. I think we need to discuss what a make good could look like as a 4-6 week delay cost me a lot of money based on not having a kitchen in place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a family of five people, it gets very expensive to feed that many people with no kitchen (over $4K-$5K of expense at minimum). So, I would like to get an understanding from you on how you would like to resolve this situation so I can walk away a happy customer and share with my network how great of a process it was working with you and your team.
