The workers showed up earlier than expected and worked quickly and efficiently. The installed new insulation around my new windows and cased them with attractive capping and solid caulking work. Everything was done expertly with no oversight necessary on my part. I would definitely refer them and will use them to replace the remaining window of my apartment when the time comes.

From beginning to end, working with this company has been an outstanding experience. During the research phase, we were always given thorough information about all the trade-offs one has to make when picking a brand, materials, and features. There was never any bad mouthing the competition or high pressure. Quotes were clear and turned around quickly. Once the decision was made, tracking the status of our order was painless. All I can say about the install crew is ... amazing. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. In conclusion, I simply can't think of how we could have had a better experience. After wasting time with several contractors who either were to busy to come to our house, or failed to give us an estimate of the cost of the projects, a relative recommended BZ Home Remodeling, Inc. Within 15 minutes of contacting their office, Dave one of the owner called back to ask how soon he could come to our house. We set up an appointment and he was there before the scheduled time. We explained the work that we wanted done and he was enthusiastic and immediately began giving his input as to how to improve on what we wanted. He returned 3 days later, Sunday September 30, with his partner Bob and they gave us estimates. They advised us that they were not licensed by Roselle, but would get their license so that work could begin. The following Friday a permit was issued by Roselle, after they obtained their required license. Work on the deck began on Monday, October 8 and was completed Monday, October 15. Both Dave and Bob assured us that everyday one of them would be at our house to check on the progress and they never let us down. On Thursday, October 18 work began on the kitchen and was completed November 1. Oak railings and spindles were installed between November 2nd and 6th. Chris, the carpenter, is a true professional and perfectionist. He told me that he built the deck to meet the City of Chicago's building code since they are the strictest around. He used 6X6 post, where all of the decks in our area have 4X4 posts. The building inspector for Roselle passed the deck. In the kitchen, a wall was cut in half to create an island. Chris would call me at work if he had a question or suggestion. As he got to know, he wasn't sure if the granite counter that we picked out was the right one, so he brought us additional samples that he thought that we would like better and he was correct. It was just these little extra things that made this project so perfect and enjoyable. At the end of every day, our house was left spotless. My wife and I are more than satisfied. Today we needed service for an appliance, the repairman said as he looked through our patio door, "nice deck". I think that that says it all.
