They're very professional and very responsive.

Boston did such a great job of explaining all the issue and resolutions to me and were very friendly and professional.  They also answered a long time question and worry for us.  We moved in a few years back and could never figure out where our sump pump drained too - no matter how much we searched.  They found we had a french drain in great shape and showed us where everything was. They were ethical and fair and did not try to sell us things we did not need and were extremely responsive to our issues. I will use them again and would refer them to all my friends.

I have used them a couple of times. He was good.

He is constantly on time and is available on a fairly short term notice. His prices are exceedingly fair. A very honest company.

The servicemen were polite and professional.  They called and arrived at the times specified, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair.  They cleaned up afterwards.  We've used Boston Plumbing before and will definitely use them again.

It was very expensive. The guy was very nice but I should have gotten the cost upfront. He was extremely nice about it but he said it was how much he charged. They seemed expensive but I really liked the quality of work. The guy was extremely professional and very courteous on the phone. I don’t know if all plumbers charge that much. I would use him again.

This leak was found during a house inspection and our buyers requested it to be fixed.  I had been referred to Boston by another person servicing our house who had used them for a plumbing problem.  I double-checked on Angie's list and decided to give them a call.  I am so glad I did.  They  dicussed the problem with me prior to arriving.  Mike communicated with me about arrival time and arrived promptly the next day at the designated time (it was not an emergency).  I felt he was very competent, honest, pleasant and reasonable.

It was a simple job and he came on time and did the work well.

The Mike that did the work here was very efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly, had alternatives ready after the rodding didn't work, and got the job done quickly. When he was done, everything was cleaned up and he made sure all the sink fixtures were connected and working properly before he left. I was very pleased.

The plumber called back to schedule an appointment very soon after I talked to the office. He came out the next day and was even a little early. All the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time with minimal disruption to the household.

I had no running water. They came out and fixed it and it didn't really get fixed. The owner ended up coming out and figuring out the problem. There prices are so reasonable. They were punctual. I have used them a couple of times. My disposal in my sink keeps on getting clogged because my pipes are so narrow. They came out right away to help me. They are very honest.

Everything went very well. The major item was the hot water circulatory along with the re-piping. This was done so that we aren't wasting water by waiting for hot water to arrive. This is working very well. Some other minor water issues were taken care of at the same time. The gas pipe was an additional item discovered when some heat venting was moved in the crawlspace. Boston Plumbing did not balk at adding that to the to do list.

While receiving an estimate for some work in the crawlspace the estimator for A Better Crawlspace (also on Angie's List) noticed a hole in our copper waste water pipe leading from our two toilets and also detected that the kitchen waste water pipe was practically full. I called Boston Plumbing immediately after the A.B.C. estimator left and Mike came out within the hour. He gave me an estimate of $1300 to replace the kitchen and toilet waste water lines with PVC. He explained in detail what would be done and what did not need doing. They came out the next day before 8 a.m. and were finished by 10:30 a.m. Because they finished sooner then expected the final cost was only $900.

The plumber showed up on time and charged less than he estimated (originally estimated $400-$500). They were polite but pretty get to it. Work looks very nice and got it done in less than 3 hours. We previously used them to repair a sewer ejection pipe which was leaking.
