Terrible experience. Horrible customer service, never returns phone calls, doesn't follow up, doesn't remember commitments. Gary doesn't do what he says he's going to do, like "will call you Friday' or "will stop by tomorrow." He gave us an exhorbitant design plan completely out of proportion to our house. Then when we chose to only install part of it, he only applied a proportionate amount of the cost of the plan to the cost of the job. This shady behavior should have tipped us off but we went with him after committing $500 to the plan. Then he did not oversee the plantings. Many of the trees and shrubs have failed to grow or died, and we later discovered that most of them still had the root ball rope tied tighly around their necks underground -- they were choking. Not a good businessman and not to be trusted.
