Beezee Electric & Plumbing

I found Beezee electric and plumbing through the better business bureau website. Igor (the owner) responded quickly and came out to my home to provide a quote for the work. He spent almost an hour checking out our house, going over what we want done, how much we can spend and making suggestions on how we can accomplish most of what we want done within budget. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I like that there were no surprises- all supplies and labor costs were included in the initial quote. His crew spent two full days installing recessed lighting in our kitchen, living room and bedroom. They also added new outlets, repaired existing outlets, installed fans in our bathrooms and threw a couple small fixes in free of charge. His crew abided by the covid restrictions, cleaned up after themselves and just did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

They came out on a Sunday and cleaned my shower and sink drains out quickly. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.

Project went better than expected. Simple replacement of electric outlet in basement for my sump pump. They came on time and did excellent work. Second time I've used this company and highly recommend them.

Alex of Beezees sent out someone to rod our sewer and they got their rod stuck and said we needed $5,800 to get it out and "fix" our sewer! I called the village of Mundelein and they sent a crew to scope the line and they said there were only roots no damage and the company should have removed their line because it is only 22 inches from the cleanout. That cleanout was only 2 feet deep but he quoted me at where his rod was "stuck" which was 9 feet down and would require street work and permits... When I talked to the rodding company owner, Ramon & Sons, and told him the facts he said, because we were white and he was not that we were accusing him of being dishonest. The race card! So having the facts from the village and another plumbing company I gave Ramon the option to get his rod out and finish the job and he will get paid or I will have someone else get it out and I will charge him. After a few choice words from Ramon that he wasn't going to f***ing pay he eventually sent a crew to finish the job. It took them 10 minutes to get their stuck rod out! 10 minutes. The same rod they were going to charge my $5,800. 10 minutes. He was paid his original fee. Is he dishonest or bad at his job? I would never recommend Beezees or Ramon & Sons. I have left messages for Alex, the owner of Beezees. He refuses to call me back. Since he won't call I can only assume he must support such actions if he sends people like this out to his customers. Trust but verify. We did and they were caught. Thanks to the village of Mundelein for protecting their residents!

I called BeeZee on a recommendation from my realtor who has used them in the past. The gentleman I spoke with, Alex, was gracious on the phone and easy to work with. I explained that over the last 14 years, I've been told my water heater needs to be replaced 4 times (each after it stopped producing hot water), and each time - after a second opinion - it ended up being a very simple fix I could have done myself. He said that he understood and would do everything he could to repair, and he would level with me if it truly was in need of replacement. He was able to diagnose the same day. He said it truly was time for a new heater and gave me a multitude of good reasons why. There was no way to repair it. It's worth mentioning that I thought the quote was a little higher than expected, so I confirmed what water heater make/model would be installed and searched it online. It was a $1000 water heater with fantastic reviews. Three other professionals told me they use the same brand (Bradford & White). So I knew I was getting a good product, and a healthy portion of the quote was actually just the water heater. (I also checked the make and model of the water heater they brought to make sure they didn't bring a cheaper one. It was the same one they quoted. ) I am also on the second floor of a building, and my water heater is in a somewhat tight space. Both of those things increase the cost vs a 1st floor installation in a wide open area. I got a second quote which came in a little lower, but I wanted to use BeeZee based on reputation. They were able to work with me on the price a little bit, and I booked the work. They showed up the following morning on time with the water heater ready to install. It took a few hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one, but the process was simple, and I felt good about the job they did. It includes a 1 yr warrantee on labor, 6 years on the tank... pretty standard. I would recommend hiring BeeZee.

Very good. They called because they were gonna be late from a previous job. Then arrived only half hour later than promised. Very Professional and courteous. Their costs are in-line or below other companies i have used in the past. I called them because they are local. I would recommend them because they delivered as promised.

Alex was the manager of this project. I was very impressed with his wiliness to ensure the customer is taken care of. He was responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. I explained my concerns and he walked through the options. The work that was performed by Phil, the plumber. He was professional; he installed the equipment properly and ensure it was set up in a presentable. He kept me informed of his progress and any concerns/issues. I wanted my sump pump to have a cover and he accomplished that task with aplomb. He discussed the operation of the equipment and the warranty. I had one issue that ultimately was not related to Phil's work. The water pressure appeared to have diminished in my main and half bath. I informed Igor, the owner, and he told Alex. Alex immediately returned to my house to check the issue. He personally fixed the water flow problem which was the result of old pipes and sediment, not workmanship. I am very pleased with BeeZee's service and work and would hire them again.

The service provide was completed as requested. The owner Igor was very responsive to my initial inquiry and throughout the entire project. He provided a honest and thorough assessment of my needs, pointing out issues that my home inspector should have identified. He listen to my concerns and made recommendations. He made sure the workers understood the tasks and followed-up during and after the work was completed for the day. The workers arrived early and started on time. It took a few weeks to get the special order out door security lights so the entire project took about a month. The workers were professional, respectful of my house, efficient and knowledgeable. Bottom line, I am pleased with the work and would hire them again.

I called the office on a Thursday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The plumber called that morning and arrived on time. He assessed the problem, told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He and his apprentice completed the job, being careful to clean up everything perfectly. I enjoyed chatting with the plumber; he clearly is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. A true professional. I didn't talk to any other companies, so I don't know what other places might charge for the same work, but it was absolutely worth it to me to have the work completed so efficiently and confidently. There have been no problems since then. Highly recommend Beezee Plumbing.

Dealing with Bee Zee Electric made my life so easy. I called them to get pricing and they were very professional. They provided me with a quote that was competitive and decided to go with their business as oppose to the other 5 companies I contacted. From the initial call for a quote to the day of the service, Bee Zee Electric provided phenomenal service. They were able to pull all necessary permits to install a breaker for the common area. They did all the work while I just sat at my home knowing that they would do an outstanding job.

I called Igor and told him of my emergency situation and he was there ASAP!  He was extremely accommodating!  Igor was very professional and treated me with respect.  I liked the demeanor he presented I felt like I was getting the best deal possible versus being nicked and dimed for things. The work that was performed was TOP NOTCH!  I was very impress with how clean they worked!  WOULD USE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

Alex was recommended by a friend.  I called him the day before, and he schedule the service next day.  He called when he was on the way, showed up in the scheduled time frame. 

Very professional service, explained everything that needed to be done.  Kitchen and downstairs bathroom were both clogged.  Alex drained both, and made sure his fix was working.  Upstairs tub was running slow, he unclogged it for no charge.  He also replaced a rusty old pipe ring for no charge.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone.  Very good service and reasonable prices.

Igor was very professional and approachable.  From the first meeting, he was clearly interested in establishing a relationship for on-going service.  He has knowledge of rehabbing and provided several helpful suggestions without being pushy at all.  He and a two man crew showed up promptly as scheduled and completed the work efficiently.  He is good at communicating and was more concerned that I was pleased with the job than in getting paid.  I would highly recommend them.  They are true electricians and not just handy men who hang lights.  Although they can do that if you need it. 

Again, within 20 minutes of calling Alex was at our door. He was professional, immediately put on covers for his shoes, even thou I said he didn't need too. He was dressed in a professional manner, his knowledge ( immediately upon looking at the problem ) was impressive, as well as his honesty is looking at some other areas I had concerns about. I showed him some under cabinet spots in my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. He assured me that only one sink had a minor issue, and could be fixed by replacing a small drain that traps food Iin my kitchen sink. I was really impressed with his honesty, as he could have said I had a problem with everything I showed him, and would not have known the difference, but he didn't .
I can't say enough how impressive and knowledgable he was. My husband brought him to our basement to ask about a special sensor we could get for our sump pump to prevent ,or warn us about a flood. Alex noticed we were missing something that should have been installed in our house initially . We were shocked. He is getting us an estimate to install it, as well as installing the sump pump sensor. He said he would like to so everything at once, and would contact me as soon as the parts arrive.

I had an emergency situation  which required electrical outlets installed almost immediately.    Time was critical to me.  I phoned Igor, the owner, on Wednesday, explained my need, and on the following day, his two electricians appeared at the site and performed the work in a professional and competent manner.    Igor joined us toward the end of the work.   He is very hands-on and knowledgeable. Insisting on quality work, he is very picky in the electricians he hires.     Igor is also personable and customer oriented.   I do not hesitate to recommend him.    His  understanding and prompt response to my request could not have been better.

The company set up a 2 hour window for the service call. They called to say they were 20 mins away from the house and arrive on time. The technician greeted me at the door and introduced himself. He immediately put on booties over his work boots before stepping inside. I showed him where the toilet was leaking into the basement and where the bathroom was. He knew right away what the issue was and sat down to explain how he would fix it. His company does a flat rate for the job which means you do not pay by the hour. He explained that even if he removed the toilet and there was more damage the cost of the job would not increase. He started the work and was done with it within 15 minutes. I can not express enough how great his service was. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Everything went very well.  when we called other electricians, they said they were 4-5 weeks out.  But BeeZee came right in and took care of it.  The electrician saved the pieces of drywall for me to use with filling in the holes and cleaned up after himself.   I will be calling these people again.

Igor's crew of two arrived on time ,  performed the work in a timely and professional manner and were quick to answer any questions I asked.  This is the second time I have used their services and with the same positive result.  I am very happy with their work and the experience of doing business with BeeZee Electic and would recommend them to anyone.

Casey arrived earlier than expected which was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the outlet replaced in no time at all.
