Barreca Blacktop Sealcoating

This was an incredible experience. Never in my life had I spread my delicate fingers across a driveway and moaned with pride. David himself came over to my house and did within a respectable amount of time. Let me explain, my driveway always was disgusting. Twelve different men have walked out on me just by the driveway. I didnt know what to do, but just as I was about to give up, I had heard of an unstoppable force of sealcoaters that had never failed. Thank you Barreca Blacktop Sealcoaters. I owe you my life.

I have used this company for many, many years and have always been 100% satisfied. I do not have one complaint about them. My driveway always looks great and it lasts. I will never use anyone else!

I haven't used this company in many years, but received an email from them today that said I owed them $135 or they were sending me to collections. When I called the number they asked for me to call, their voice mail box was full and no one answered. Stay away from this company! There's clearly a scam going on with them!

Barreca was great to deal with from start to finish. They provided a written estimate in the mail - which allowed for online scheduling (with discount) or you could call to schedule. I called to ask some questions and then schedule - the person that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He set me up on the schedule - and still honored the discount even though I called to schedule. On the date of service, a two-person crew showed up first thing in the morning of the day promised. The guys were also great to deal with - they did an outstanding job prepping the driveway (cleaning, trimming grass on edges, blowing off debris, treating cracks, etc.) and then broom- applying a thick, dark black layer of seal-coating. Driveway has never looked better. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves - and tied a ribbon to stakes at end of driveway to keep cars off. No splatter on house, garage door, or even grass - very neat. Great prices; great product - great experience. Will definitely return. Incidentally, I secured 4 bids - they were ~30% cheaper than two bidders and less than half of one super expensive bid (Elia Seal-coating was way higher than others for some reason).

Initially I researched sealing products through Consumer Reports and other resources. Barreca makes full disclosure of the specific products they use. I found a perfect match between the results of my research and the products Barreca uses. By using Barecca we have been able to have our driveway maintained in excellent condition. This is a job where neatness definitely counts! Barecca coats our driveway evenly and thoroughly, while keeping edges straight and leaving no sidewalk spots.

I have used this company many times over the years.  not sure what changed this year, but crack filling was not done right.  not sure what they used, but it did not fill the cracks all the way, and it highlights the cracks since whatever was used is about 2 inches wide and can be seen through the black top sealer.   everyone now can see where the cracks are since it is like a highlighter.  AND the cracks are not all filled in !!!!

The crew did an excellent job. The spent about hour prepping and sealing the driveway. The crew was polite and checked to make sure we did not need to get anything out of the garage before they started.
Also they made sure not to make a mess on my lawn or the sidewalk.
This is my second year of using them. I'm very satisfied compared against the cheaper options my neighbors used. The big difference is in the prep and crack/chip fill.
Being a return customer I did get a discount.

Barreca did a great job.  Easy to schedule online, prompt follow-through and a great result.  They do what they say they do and it's painless for the homeowner.  Would recommend them again.

I had previously patched all of the cracks and other problem areas on my driveway. The patching material was a dark black. So, the patched areas were darker than the rest of the driveway. I wanted to have the entire driveway sealcoated, so the entire driveway would be a consistent dark black.
I was outside when they arrived and I watched them apply the sealcoating. It looked very and quot;soupyand quot; - not as thick as I thought it should be. It was a lot thinner than the sealcoating that you but at the local stores to apply yourself. But, I don't know what the consistency of commercially applied sealcoating material should be.
When the sealcoating had dried, I was disappointed to see that the patched areas still showed though as a much darker black.
I always patch my driveway before it is sealed. When previous companies did the work, the sealcoating always covered the patched areas and the driveway had a consistent black color. Plus, the other companies charged less than Barreca.

I was willing to pay more to get a great result. I paid more, but received an inferior result.

Crew arrived on time. They worked efficiently and did a nice job and were polite. They said if it rained to call them and they would come back again and redo the driveway at no charge.

where we wanted them.. did not create a mess...price a slight bit less
that others. I've used them for the last 10 years....

Everything was completed in a timely manner with little inconvenience. They were very professional and they do their job with great expertise. I am very satisfied with their performance and will continue to use their services in the future.
