Ayala's crew has been taking care of our lawn for over 7 years at our old house and our new home. When we moved into our new home, there were many neglected areas outside that needed work and repair. In addition to getting the yard looking great, other work included raising and leveling a sinking air conditioning concrete slab, retiling and repairing granite tile steps, repairing separated down-spouts, cleaning the gutters; repairing brick driveway and installing a new drain, installing a flagstone walkway on the side of the house, building a dog run area with pea gravel and timbers on the other side of the house, correcting soil erosion problems and trimming down several plastic sewer access covers to make level with surrounding dirt/grass.
