There was a bit of a mix up about date and time, but did a great job.

Repairs took much longer than necessary. Reinstall took several attempts as the guy (who happened to be the boss) screwed up the cutting of the blind strings, then forgot to order a part, then was unable to reinstall the roman shades. One of my double cell shades was damaged somehow between removal & re-install. Owner refused to acknowledge responsibility. Offered to do a "free" cleaning of my shades due to all the issues...and has now cancelled 2 appt to do the job. Would never do business with this company again.

This firm is tops! The owner called in response to my HA inquiry and was thorough and comprehensive in explaining the way they worked including a firm quote which is what I paid. The techs were here precisely on time and completed my drapery cleaning in a professional manner within a very reasonable time frame. I could not be happier. They left with two area rugs that needed cleaning, done in their plant. Again a firm price was quoted which was very fair. I will use for all such future cleaning needs.

The workmen were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend clarifying the price ahead of time. I would use them again

This company did lots of work for us a few mos. ago, & we were Extremely satisfied with their customer service & quality of their work. They cleaned shades, window treatments, area rugs, carpet, & upholstery for us. I plan on using this company for any/all house-hold projects in the future. Very reliable & competent. Al had to remove my Roman shades and take them in for repair so I haven't received the finished project yet
