It took them forever to repair a 16 year old blind that raises and lowers by operating a wall switch. They searched until they found a part for my discontinued unit. It was expensive but still about half the price of a new blind

The workmanship was poor. I had my blinds restrung and they only lasted a couple of months. They never did work right.

"This blind was restrung in April. Customer called and said string broke. I went out to pick it up for a warranty repair. Upon arrival she handed me a part for the cord lock that fell out. Upon inspection at our facility we found most of the cord lock was missing. All the strings we replaced were fine. Quoted for a new cord lock. Customer would not accept that needed repair had nothing to do with what was previously fixed. We are sorry to have this situation with such a nice person but cannot warranty the entire blind after a restringing. Al Gozzola"

Great company. We needed a new head rail for our blinds. The owner Al reached out several times during the ordering process and a nice install was performed. Al also followerd up once installation was complete, to insure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
