Hello. I typically do not take the time to write reviews online ... Unless I truly believe that sharing my story can help out other people. I instead compensate in this aspect by complimenting the person doing the job by finding positive details about the work itself and resolving any problems right away
For many like me I'll give the option to cut this story short, but by all means... if you want more insight into why, I am taking some sacrifices to write this out so please be my guest. What I saw today was a group of people prioritizing the bottom-line over running an honest business. meaning they care more about your money more than your satisfaction. If your reading this at a late enough day, try clicking on my username to see my only other review as this will be the shop that worked for me as I still need work to be completed on my interior. I'm doing this because as much as I hate writing bad reviews I feel the moral obligation to maybe to help out another good person by suggesting whatever the better alternative may be.
So I recently a bought used car and was looking to find a place for it to reupholstered and I came across Albo restoration in a google search. As I was going inspecting my vehicle upon completion I noticed that they failed to replace some old leather. In broken English they reply with something along the gist of and quot;because it wasn't torn, it was not replacedand quot;. Even though I had the invoice in my hand stating the entire seat cushion was to be replaced she continues to argue that it meant other things. This last lady argues bank by now raising her voice at me. Persistent I still try to work this out with calmness and clarity. So as any profession business owner would she now dares to tear up the invoice and proceeding with the yelling. I At this point I try to reason with the calmer partner, at which point he trys to sell me on paying me more money for the same work that the invoice stated would be done. Something was off as one the partners states me this repair would be another $50, and the other tells $160 at separate times during the same conversation. Hope this helps in some wa

Albo Restoration Company was able to match the interiors of my Cadillac to the top booth of the car, like I wanted. Their price is really good for the job they do. They really take the time to go over different samples. They went over a zillion different color samples to match the interiors with the top. I think one need to have patience to do interiors and they do. They know what they are doing, so it’s nice. I would continue to use their services in the future.
