I have used this company for the past 10 years. They have always been prompt, both in returning phone calls and arriving when they say they will at my house.  Their work is always professional and they explain what they are repairing, cleaning, etc. thoroughly.

Great experience.  Rich is the owner and very personable and responsive.  Work was done on time and they did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.  Would highly recommend them to others.

Owner Rich was very responsive as it relates to the quotation and establishing the installation time.  Work was done on time and workers were good about cleaning up.  Equipment is working well at this point and I am very happy with the installation from all aspects.

I like the guys who come. They provide prompt service. They always come when they are called. I have used them for almost ten years.

They were very good. The system is holding up wonderfully. We got it a year ago. It went awesome. They knew what they were doing. They did it all in one day. They were here at seven in the morning.

Advanced Air's response time was good and professional every time I called, but after the 27th hundredth time I had them to my house I finally threw in the towel and realized that Advanced Air was not going to correct my problem that they created. If you are installing a boiler I would not recommend them.

Very well. Rich came out to estimate the job, and was very professional and courteous. Kate, the office manager, was also a pleasure to work with. They both treated me with respect, and explained everything that was currently going on. I am very happy with the work they did, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Advanced Air was very responsive and actually had a live person answer the phone when I called and was able to get me on the schedule quickly within a couple of hours. Other Heating and Air Conditioning companies I called had only voice-mail and were not responsive. The technician, Sam was very good. He was on time and was extremely thorough. He walked me through every step he was taking in the repair and explained what he needed to do. He also did a lot of testing after the repair was complete. I will now only use Advanced Air and will sign up for an ongoing maintenance program.

Prices were very reasonable and everything was professional, starting with the quote.

This is the third time that I have had a Unico system installed in a house or condo, and Advanced Air did the most thorough and professional job. Their prices were significantly cheaper than three other bids that I received. Did not choose them solely on price, but mainly because they understood what I wanted to accomplish, where I wanted to locate equipment and vents and my overall desire to make the job as aesthetically appealing as possible. They did minimal damage to the plaster walls and ceilings, if any, in the installation process. They were slightly delayed at the beginning and it took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.
