I walked in with the mower one morning - without appointment. I was told the job would be completed that afternoon. At both 10:58am and 2:02pm the next day I received calls that mower was ready for pickup. The only reason for the "B" for punctuality was that I had been told the job would be done the same afternoon I brought the mower in. (I would have been impressed with a "next day" time estimate.) Employees were very nice. The "B" rating for professionalism is a result of the fact that the clerk could not find an employee to assist me to lift the mower into my vehicle - though I had been assured when calling two days earlier to inquire about the service that staff would be happy to assist with that task. She asked the next gentleman in line to help. (He did so graciously. Thank you kind stranger!)
