MR. EDMONDS CLAIMS TO HAVE 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE CARPENTRY BUSINESS, AND WE RELIED ON HIS JUDGMENT REGARDING THE COMPLEXITY OF THE WORK AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. CLEARLY, HE UNDERESTIMATED BOTH. WHEN HE REALIZED THIS, RATHER THAN NEGOTIATING A COMPROMISE, MR. EDMONDS DEMANDED MORE MONEY AND SAID HE WOULD QUIT IF WE DID NOT PAY HIM. HE LEFT THE NEXT DAY AND NEVER CAME BACK TO COMPLETE THE WORK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TO SAY THE LEAST. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR.
