put on new roof and did not replace a lot of rotten wood. They said the rubber roofing was going to be one piece, it is in about 4 pieces.The rubber roof is also coming off.  We had to replace all the rubber roofing and about a third of the shingles by a different company.

I was originally quoted under 7,500 and after they stripped about half the roof they added another bill for another 1,000 for the third layer they didnt notice (or bring up till roof was half stripped). after it was all stripped and underlayment was applied, they all left but one who was laying new roof. i told him the color he was laying was wrong and he told me it wasn't and would look better when he gets a larger area done. well i was right and the next day they had to strip back the 200 square feet and try again. after all was said and done roof looks great......Till 2 months later after a heavy rain water makes appeared in our closet and down the door of said closet. i called and secretary said they would be out a.s.a.p. the next day. A week later i called back and was told the same thing. three days later i called again and demanded something be done. all i got were excuses. two more weeks and 2 more calls later he showed up. stated the leak was around my foe chimney (a decorative cover for my furnace vent) and he would gladly caulk it. next heavy rain shows the problem persists. i call back and get the same thing from the secretary that they would be by a.s.a.p., i remind he we are expecting heavy storms in a few days and i want it done by then. another two weeks go by and no one shows.i call again and threaten to take it up with the better business bureau. he shows up with more excuses and i follow him up the roof with his worker. the pull back some loose shingles to revile bare nails. they tar the nails and stick the shingle back down and talk about a certain caulk and the worker said he would be back the next morning to apply said caulk as they did not have it on them. a week later i bought the caulk and did it myself. I live about 2 miles from there office, and they cant find time to service the warranty they sell. 5 year labor 50 year roof. DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THERE PROMISES!!
