Installer was very careful and made sure the sound baffles were also installed. I have been using my dishwasher for three years without leaks or problems. I appreciate professional installers who do not swear or grunt and make me feel it's my fault things are not turning out right. It was a very pleasant experience. He also hauled off my old dishwasher. Also, Lowes is a wonderful place to buy appliances. They gave me a great deal on my Kitchen Aid and 2 years to pay for it interest free. Sears wouldn't even give me a credit card! Their loss
