Guys were 100% professional. Everything was done on time, they left no mess behind them. They were very polite. Could not ask for a better group of guys to work on our home. They worked directly with our contractor to get things done timely and professionally.

Our home was heated by electric baseboard ( our home is all electric) with the air conditioner in the attic (we are on a concrete slab). Prior to our search, our normal electric bill for January would be $165.00. Due to Ameren Electric jacking up rates and eliminating our "all electric" discounts, My electric bill for January, 07 was $425.00. We immediate started to search for an alternate heating/air conditioning system. After a lot of research, I settled on a Water Furnace Geo-Thermal system. With more intensive research, I gave the contract to Holloway. Part of my requirements were the installer was to remove the air conditioner unit along with all duct work with new installation of insulated duct work. The owner, Ernie and his son surveyed our home, gave us a detailed estimate and time frame to install.
It has now been 6-1/2 years since installation and I could not be happier with my decisions. My average electric bill this year is $120.00 per month, even though Ameren Electric has had a bunch of rate increases.. The system has paid for itself.
The staff of Holloway heating were and are very professional, answered all of my questions and concerns prior and during installation.
