We have used their services for years. Every time we have needed something, they have had them in stock. They are a warehouse for a number of companies around the area. They keep the water heaters in stock. We received a bill a week later after the purchase. We were pleased with the cost and it was reasonable. It is a good unit and we have never run out of hot water with everyone taking showers. Everything has worked out great.
