Overall, I would rate them as very good, thorough and quick.
The crew arrived approximately at 7 am on September 23rd. By 12:30pm they had all the old shingles removed and the felt paper down. By 5:30pm the same day they had completed the job and cleaned up.
Their experience in this field really was evident.
