We have multiple animals and teenagers.  They vacuum, dust, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms, basement, floors, what ever I ask for and make suggestions on things that need to be done.  They rotate projects across the month.  Refrigerator clean-out this week, scrub baseboards next week, wash windows following week, etc.
Job is always fantastic and everything is handled in a very professional yet personal manner.  Extremely honest, hard working, attention to needs, sensitive to animals, reliable, effective, truly a wonderful service.

Overall, the experience has been good. They do good work, clean the entire home, and have good attention to detail. Their prices are fair, and the owner is very easy to work with.

They were good, I was pleased with the results. They worked really hard and the house was really clean.

To start, my home is very clean as I clean it weekly. I have 2 toddlers and no longer have as much time. Everything in our home is, at the oldest, 10 yrs old. Maria phoned to say they would be about 45 minutes late. Once they arrived, they got to work. Since they were late, I had to leave my home for lunch since my kitchen area was in the process of being cleaned. I was gone roughly 15 minutes. When I returned, they were all outside waiting to leave. This seemed strange since there were many things being done when I left. I had to pay her and feed my 1 yr old and 3 yr old so I told her I would have to look around afterwards and let her know what I thought. So, after looking around, I noticed none of my baseboards were cleaned, the couches were not cleaned, the doors were not cleaned, and the kitchen sink was not cleaned. I called Maria to let her know that it was no big deal and just next time to make sure they were cleaned. She stated that she herself cleaned the couches. I asked her to come back to look at the things since she felt I wasn't being truthful. She told me this would not work out due to timing. It was a very strange situation. Because she was late, I didn't have the time to go through the house before they left. I feel like she just didn't want the job and wasted my time and money since I had to pay her, but still do not have a very clean house. I wish she would have stood behind her work and come back to look the areas over that I mentioned, even if she did not want the job. Overall, I keep a very clean house and was clear in my expectations. She restated these expectations to me before working. It seemed as though she did not like the fact that if told an arrival time, I would expect her to be on time. I have a one year old and a three year old that nap, so this was important to me. I know she has had positive reviews, one of the reasons I called, so I am not sure what happened. But, if anyone reading this wants to use her, I would recommend looking things over before she leaves, even if it not easy due to other things. In my case, had I known, I would have made my children wait for lunch to go through the house. We didn't watch everything being done because we were staying out of the way.

No problems encountered that were not solved by Maria in over a fifteen year association. Splendid work performed and no complaints exist.

I was moving and thought I would have the time and energy to clean the unit I was leaving. Not so and I wanted it cleaned the day I moved as my sister was moving things in the next day. Maria and her employees accommodated my last-minute request and came after a regularly-scheduled job. The four of them began cleaning the condo at 6:30 in the evening and finished around 8 p.m. I was very grateful for their willingness to take on a job relatively late in the evening.

Maria and five women were on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned vents, baseboards, molding, the basement, inside of windows, you name it. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the job. No one took a break and this was an "emergency" job where we were fit in at the end of the day. I was truly impressed and would hire again if we need a big job done in a second.

EXCELLENT! It was like an army had descended on the house. Five ladies took over and just started pulling, cleaning and wiping! They even did a light cleaning of the fridge. Neat, tidy and fast. Two hours and the entire house was completed. They tell me from this point forward it would be $60.00 to clean. What a bargain! The owner works right alongside of the other ladies. We are in Glenview but I understand that they work all over. I would highly recommend!

They are really really good. They come, they do their job, they leave. I trust them implicitly, they have a key to my house. I've used them for over 20 years and have always been very pleased. They never have a problem with special requests and they are very prompt on short notice.
