"We very much appreciate the member's Input. We received the Service request 2/17/2012 and was informed the Bosch Dishwasher was Not Cleaning. Per the Serial Number this Unit is a 2001. The member indicated he would be home the following Monday. He was quoted $89.95 plus Parts & Labor. On 2/20/2012 ; the Service Technician arrived @ 10:43 a.m. and was informed the Unit was NOT cleaning the Dishes. This Unit required the replacement of the Control Unit and as per Warranty was replaced at no charge for the PART. The service was completed @ 11:26 a.m. As per instructed on 2/17, the member was charged $89.95 Trip Charge and $55.00 Minimum Labor for the first 1/2 hour with service having taken 43 minutes. No charges were made for anytime after the first 30 minutes."
