Definitely call Stergo roofing. I highly recommend this company. I have been having water coming into my building, and other companies had come out previously to do some patch work but it only delayed the outcome, and caused more issues. I found Stergo roofing online, and called for a quote request. Steve, and his son Joe came out to inspect my property the next day. They were both very friendly and polite. They saw immediately what my roof needed, and they provided me w/ a quote right away. Their price was very fair, competitive, and reasonable. I did research online through reviews before hiring Stergo roofing. And besides one unreasonable situation that if you read the comments, and have some commonsense or have worked in the customer service industry you can easily see the complaint was unreasonable, and that Steve tried his best to please the customer. So I hired Stergo roofing, and boy am I glad I did. They were very responsive, and answered all my questions. I hired them late in the week and they were out the beginning of the next week, and started work right away. The crew was very attentive, and polite. They also were very respectful w/ my neighbors. I had to work so I provided a lock box w/ key so they could come and go as needed. They did not waste time, and were very productive from the moment they arrived. I have cameras on my property so was able to see progress in my absence, and was pleased at the care they took regarding my property. I have a flat roof, and they tore off all the added layers to reveal the deck. I was afraid there would be so much damage to the deck because of the years of water damage, But Steve was honest, and sent me photos showing decking was fine. Most roofers could or would've lied to add extra fee's. I appreciate this companies honesty. They continued to completely install a new roof, and cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in matter of days. I am so glad that I found, and hired Stergo Roofing, and will definitely recommend them to neighbors, family, and friends. Great company. This is a Christian family based company, and they stand by there morals and work. I highly recommend Stergo roofing, Steve and Joe are some of the good guys. On the last day Steve even prayed for me as I had received some life changing bad news the day before. I have had to hire many contractors in the last couple of years, and I have run into some really shady contractors, and it was so refreshing to meet Steve and see that there are still good people in this world including industry that care for people, and not just out to take advantage of people in their time of need. My project was a ~5000 sq. ft. flat roof tear-off and new install. The owner, Steve, solved a roofing problem no other contractor was willing to address. His crew was professional and operated safely. Their prices were competitive and they followed up promptly and as promised to address some concerns after the job was done. I would not hesitate to hire this company.

I would definitely recommend Stergo roofing. They are professional, punctual, and the work is done to a very high standard. We even had an unexpected issue with our roof that involved more work and they stayed late to finish so we weren't left without a roof for even one night! The cost might be on the higher end of some of the quotes we received, but it was more than worth it to get such quality work. I feel it's important to say that they also had the best warranty from the comps we saw.

Work complexity: old house (four square 2.5 floors) tear down roof with removal of original cedar shingles plus three layers of shingles, replacement of split deck with plywood, plus a flat roof redo over a second floor back porch. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Steve Stergo made sure everything was done properly correcting any minor error (wrong color over flat roof and capping chimney) without any difficulty. He is very professional and in these Covid times wears a mask and practices safe distancing, which we appreciated. He stuck to the agreed price, which was comparable to quote from another high quality roofer. Great job!

Steve gave me a very competitive price AND his workers are fully insured in case anyone gets hurt (which is a MUST to prevent medical liability for the homeowner). He was very conscientious and friendly and the clean up was perfect. He sent pictures as the work progressed and was very professional and responsive. Stergo Roofing is great!!

I was changing my utility room ceiling when we discovered that I have a leaky roof. So, we stop all the work until we fix the roof. It was very stressful to deal with in the middle of the Pandemic. I was hoping for just a quick repair that needed to be done. Called several roofing company only 3 actually came to inspect the roof and gave estimates. But I was not happy or comfortable dealing with them for some reason. So, I decided to search on HomeAdvisor. Not even 30 minutes, Steve Stergo called and we set up a day to come to check roof. Steve Stergo was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He gave me his honest opinion. He pointed out areas in my roof that have problems. Sure enough when his staff tear up the roof, Steve was right! I could not believed what's underneath the roof, so much rotten woods every where. The number one problem that Steve spotted right on was that I did not have any insolation board installed at all. Out of 4 roofing company that I meet, he was the only one that mentioned about the need for an insolation board. The others just told me that my roof is good and just need to fix the problem area. I am so glad that I meet Steve and listened to his opinion. His staff was great and works hard. They came in on a Sunday to finish the roof because next week will be raining. I now have a brand new flat roof with insulation. It's a big expense but I have peace of mind. My whole experienced was with Stergo Company was amazing and stress free. Steve was a creative and conscientious partner thru a complicated roof repair and replacement. The work was done on budget and on time. Most importantly, when we had change orders after the initial contract signing, he was fair about pricing those items. We talked to 6 roofers before choosing Steve, and while he was not the cheapest, we are happy with the result.

We got several quotes from several companies for our 3-flat flat roof. Not only was Steve the most affordable, but he was also the most responsive during the estimate-bidding process. That responsiveness remained during the work phase, with Steve giving regular updates and pictures of the work in progress. There was also no bait-and-switch. Even though there was a variable price quoted (depending on what condition boards were in underneath), when they got underneath they honestly evaluated the condition and ended up needing to replace only a small portion. Lastly, our building is a condo, and more than one person was involved in the contract. Steve handled all the finicky residents with politeness and grace.

Steve Stergo answered our request for a quoted solution promptly and offered a premium solution for our roof. I researched the options and chose his recommendation. There crew was efficient and did a terrific job. We are extremely satisfied.
