THIS IS A IBM & COMPAQ & PACKARD-BELL COMPUTER REPAIR CENTER AND A DEALERSHIP WARRANTY REPAIR SHOP. THIS IS NOT A STORE FRONT OPERATION LIKE BEST BUY OR COMP USA. I RATED THEM LOW ON THE SERVICE LEVEL BECAUSE I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE MONITORS AND WHEN I GOT THERE NOBODY KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I HAD TO LEAVE, MAKE ANOTHER PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY, AND THEN COME BACK AFTER TALKING WITH THE COMPANY PURCHASING MANAGER ABOUT HIS EXTRA IN-HOUSE MONITORS. THEN I GOT MY USED 17
