I would highly recommend Jim Regan to anyone looking to sell a home. He was wonderful to work with, and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He kept us fully informed all throughout the process, explained local market in detail, was great in responding to questions/answering phone calls, and worked well with my lawyer and family. He also advised us on what to do in getting the house ready to put on the market. He was easy going, positive, friendly ... and overall, a pleasure to work with.
We had immediate response once our house was listed, and had an offer within 5 days. Jim also was very helpful during contract negotiations, and proved a great asset once problems were found on home inspection. He was able to advise us on everything from radon testing to minor issues and home repairs.
