Quality Pool Maintenance

Well they liner was leaking so they put a new liner in. They put one in last year but they found out there was a tear in the liner so they had to put a new one in. They had to do some other work. When the other liner do on it last year they had to do some sand work and resurfacing and fill in patches. They came out and did a good job but they took a long time to come back. I had to keep calling them. It was a little hard. They did pretty good work. There price was good because they had to put the sand in there again; other places would have charged me a lot more. I would use them again, even with the ratings that I gave them they were a lot better than other people that I did a check with.

Job was completed on time and at quoted price. I will definitely work with Quality Pool again in the future

Their prices are very competitive. This is a family company who stands by their work. They're very honest and very prompt.

The job went well.  The provider had a new replacement pump in stock and was able to replace  the defective unit quickly.  I was very pleased with the job until I received his invoice.  When I looked up the cost of the replacement motor I found that it cost $140.00.  After including the cost of the motor, a gasket ($15.00) and one hour of labor the total was $245.00.  I have a problem with the $160.00 difference as profit.

Mike was very responsive.  He was honest, and he seems to have done this right compared to the place we used last year (Anchor Pool & Spa).  Anchor didn't even tell us we needed a winter cover and we are lucky our electric cover isn't ruined.  Plus, they opened the pool and it never got cleared.  Had to spend $100s more fixing it ourselves.
I will have Quality Pool Maintenance open our pool this year and assume it will go much better!

They always do an excellent job. I have them open my pool/fountain in the summer and close it in the winter. Very responsive and professional.

i usually close the pool myself, but this year, for some reason, when i was on the very*last*stage of closing it, namely to blow out the lines and put anti-freeze in, my pump filter decided to stop working..i was in a bind because i really needed to get this winterized before the first freeze.  I had never worked with MIke before, but after seeing him on Angie's list, i gave him  a call
really glad i did, cause i have never encountered a more professional pool guy in all my years of maintaining our pool.  He came out and did the job, charged a very fair price, and also gave me a kind of "primer" on how pools work: as he was working, he explained to me, every step of the way, why he was doing this or that step--so that i could learn more about how the pool functions etc....went above and beyond my expectations, for sure!....that guy that gave a "D" to this company does not know what he is talking about, i would highly recommend Quality Pool Maintenance.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by this company.  They are prompt, efficient and definitely know what they are doing. I like that the same people come to clean and service my pool each week and in the 4+ years I've used this company, I've gotten to know them.  They are pleasant and polite and I'm confident in the job they do.  The owner Mike is terrific.  My pool is old and needs a lot of TLC.  Anytime I have a repair that needs to be done, Mike is there immediately and fixes it. He returns calls promptly and  does repairs quickly.  He is  responsive  and efficient and having such a short pool season, that is really important to us.  His prices are fair and he stands by his work.  I highly recommend this company.

The original cover was old and in disrepair.  We purchased the home with an older pool and the existing cover.  The original cover was never installed correctly and it was a safety hazard instead of a safety cover.  Mike suggested a design fix and quoted, ordered the materials and personally worked on and supervised the installation.  He and his crew did an excellent job and now we have a pool cover that is installed correctly and also looks nice.

Mike was able to do this because of his years of experience with my account.  We started with him on a reference and moved away for one year to save money.  After realizing our mistake we moved back permanently.  Pools are expensive and we have found that QPM's work is excellent.  They are always on time and charge a fair price.  The other legitimate vendors charge more money for openings closing and weekly service.  On larger jobs like the above cover, Mike's quote was cost plus service.  Other vendors would charge double.

Great service and great repairs.

They quality of their work is excellent.  I have very good luck with them; they are very reliable.  I do the regular maintenance as far as the cleaning it, chlorine, and so forth.  The demeanor of the staff is fantastic; they are very good and I think their price is on par with everybody else.
