It was slow going but worth the wait - initally. Overall, the project went perfectly but these people will not return calls and it get's very frustrating.

It went great due to a wonderful sales rep, Amanda Wolf. Do to some unexpected design changes the specs for my sconces changes 3 times. Amanda had extreme patience. We dealt mainly via email. I'd give her the changes, she'd email me pictures of the available lights. We even canceled an order due to measurement changes - no problem. The final product looks great.
