Overall my experience with NKS was very positive. All of the work performed was done very efficiently and at a fair price. All of the employees were very courteous and professional from start to finish. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or up sold at any point which made the entire experience much more relaxed and comfortable. Hopefully I won't need their services again anytime soon, but in the event I do I'd definitely come back again.

Despite a couple of delays, the people that worked on the system were very professional, courteous, and understanding. However, I was given a rebuke by the owner who was more than grateful when I paid for it out of pocket. Even the two gentleman that worked on the system we're shaking their heads over my abusive event, it was taken care of extremely well and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
