Neradt Ace Hardware in Mount Prospect is very homey, always welcoming, they are down home, not fancy The people know the answers or will find them for you. They always go not the extra step, but the extra ten steps. They are such good people to deal with. Sue, the owner, is accessible, fair, logical, and has a good sense of humor. It's good to have small businesses where you can form a relationship for the long-term.
